UK

Standard shipping within the UK is £6.

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to prepare your order. We use Royal Mail 1st class signed for service in most cases and process orders during the work week. If you require urgent delivery on your order please get in touch and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays outside of our control.

RETURNS

All in-store purchases are final, but can be exchanged or offered store credit.

Online returns and exchanges can be made on full-priced items and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Notify us on contact@studioren.co.uk to receive confirmation of the returns address

  • Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping, we suggest using fully tracked service

  • All items must be returned unworn and in re-saleable condition

  • Once received, allow up to10 days for the refund to reach your account as banks have different processing times

  • We cannot issue refunds on items that do not arrive or arrive damaged

  • Please include your name and order number with the returns package

Sale items and items purchased with a promotional discount are final sale and not eligible for returns. 

All jewellery purchases are final sale as they are made to order.

PACKAGING

We use all recyclable packaging and will reuse boxes for any large orders or bulky items. Please note that we do not enclose any printed invoices or order confirmations, those are sent electronically when you place your order. Please use your reference order number for any queries.  

INTERNATIONAL

We limit our returns/exchanges policy on items travelling long distances.

All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please order carefully or email us ahead of purchasing if you have any questions about fit or sizing.

EU shipping is £30

USA and Canada is £30

We use DHL Express or a similar service that is fully tracked. Most shipments will take up to 3 working days for delivery, however, international orders may be subject to delays at customs. Any goods rerouted back after 3 failed delivery attempts will be re-sent back at the customers expense.

Anywhere else in the world please get in touch with your order and delivery address to get a shipping quote.

Due to international custom laws, international orders may incur additional charges. The buyer is responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs. 

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited inventory we currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order. 

 PRE ORDERS

Full payment is taken at the time of a pre-order to secure your items. Expected dispatch date is listed on the product page. When delivery has been arranged, you'll receive tracking information from us via email. Once your made-to-order item is secured in your size, we do not take cancellations or refunds until the item is shipped. The order will ship when all items in your order are available. When your purchase reaches you, we extend a standard 14 day returns policy.
